A Flaw Undone is a Kirby at Bay
So a lot has happened this past week.  I said, "Peace-Out" to the Big Apple with an epic week long bender.  Celebrating the, finally spring like weather, by spending as many moments as possible being outside soaking up the sunshine and warmth.   Saying bye to the monkeys (J-Bro's Dogs) was extremely difficult due to the innate animal lover inside of me with a side of attachment issues.  But my impatient soul decided it was time to dip into another job pool.

Although, I must have made some kind of mark since New York did its best to put aside my travels.  Missing my flight, a typical Kirby error, caused an all day airport adventure.  I thought about putting on some skinny jeans and finding a lonely man at the bar, but was deferred by an older brother's orders of "no skinny jeans".  I 'spose the fact that it was only 9:30 in the morning also played a role in the decision making process.  6 hours of singing, dancing, strutting, and eating later, I boarded the plane that would send me homeward bound.

Currently, I'm kickin' it Athena style.  Definitely a culture shock as the mere opposite of the big city.  It hits the tongue with pure refreshment, but leaves an aftertaste of boredom.  This week I'm gearin' up to head towards Portland.  I'm excited to go as friends are creating outdoor adventures, something that I have been CRAVING for months.  In fact my first order of business as soon as I get there is to sneak away for a day at the beach.  My favorite place on earth:  the oregon coast.  Will see if I can coerce a sibling into playing hooky for the day and joining *cough, hint*.  The empowerment of nature overriding my existence within society and culture is like a drug.  There's no greater adrenaline rush than the one created by friends, adventure, & honest laughter united to purify the soul.

Who says you have to coerce either of us? Okay, well maybe one of us, but not me!
